Included in the sales price
Fuel costs during the rental period (including refueling with the vehicle fuel card). A full-tank return is not required.
Fees Other Than the Product Price
- The cost of the deductible waiver program (deductible exemption system) that exempts the customer’s burden amount (deductible) under insurance/coverage details.
- In the event of a rental car accident, the deductible and the amount of damages based on the coverage selected by the customer.
- Damages such as additional parking charges that may be incurred if the return is not carried out as permitted under the rental terms (e.g., when the car is returned at a location other than the designated location).
- Actual costs and damages in cases stipulated in the rental terms, such as loss or unauthorized use of the fuel card

Reservation Cancellation
Depending on the cancellation timing, we will charge the cancellation fee under the cancellation policy.
Exclusive Court of Jurisdiction (By Agreement)
In the event of any dispute concerning rights and obligations under these terms (including mediation procedures at the court), regardless of the amount in dispute, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance by agreement.
Governing Law, Language and Jurisdiction
- With respect to the formation, validity, performance, and interpretation of these terms, Japanese law shall apply.
- Even if these terms are translated into languages other than Japanese, the Japanese version shall be the governing version; in the event of any inconsistency or difference between the translation and the Japanese version, the Japanese version shall always prevail.
- In the event of any dispute concerning rights and obligations under these terms, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance by agreement.
