Information Security Policy
TANAAKK EVGRID Co., Ltd. establishes the following policy to ensure the safety of the information handled in its business operations.
- Establish an information security management responsible officer and staff, and implement security measures in order to maintain and improve information security.

Governing Law, Language and Jurisdiction
- With respect to the formation, validity, performance, and interpretation of these terms, Japanese law shall apply.
- Even if these terms are translated into languages other than Japanese, the Japanese text shall be the governing version; in the event of any inconsistency or difference between the translation and the Japanese version, the Japanese version shall always prevail.
- In the event of any dispute concerning rights and obligations under these terms, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance by agreement.
