취소 정책
Tcab는 사용자가 예약, 결제, 배송 비용을 부담하는 방식에 있어 공정성을 유지하기 위해 취소 정책을 설정합니다.

차량 재고, 주차, 청소/파견 인력 확보를 위한 슬롯 확보 비용이 발생하므로, 기회 손실을 보상하기 위해 슬롯 축소에 대한 취소 수수료를 설정합니다.
본인 인증(eKYC)과 취소 수수료
After payment, submit digital identity-verification documents for driving credentials at least 24 hours before the scheduled start. The booking is not auto-cancelled after the deadline. If the booking is cancelled while documents remain unsubmitted, the applicable cancellation fee will be charged. If documents were submitted by the deadline but driving credentials are inadequate, the store may cancel free of charge.
용어 정의
- Moving earlier Changing the reservation slot to an earlier time. If a vehicle is available and no additional option fees apply, earlier-time changes can be made free of charge.
- Moving later Changing the reservation slot to a later time. The changed portion is treated as a cancellation.
- Increasing slots Increasing the reservation slot unit earlier or later is possible when a vehicle is available. This means adding or upgrading vehicle size, reservation time, driving insurance, or accessories. Increases in one-way fees and Tcab spot fees are also included.
- Same slot If the reservation slot unit is unchanged and the Tcab spot fee does not change, same-slot (same-condition) changes can be made flexibly.
- Decreasing slots Decreasing the reservation slot unit (including moving later) is treated as equivalent to cancellation and handled under the cancellation policy.
- Digital identity verification Driving credentials such as a driver's license, passport, international driving permit, or license translation certificate can be verified over the internet via a computer, smartphone, or smartphone app.
- Inadequate identity-verification documents When store review finds eKYC documents unclear, incomplete, or inconsistent, or finds driving credentials inadequate. If documents were submitted by 24 hours before the start time, a store-authorized cancellation has a ¥0 cancellation fee.

출발 후 변경 사항
- 확대 렌탈 시간을 연장하고 싶으신 경우, Tcab에서는 예약 수수료와 동일한 요금으로 연장을 허용합니다.
- Tcab 반환 지점 변경 출발 후 여정이 변경되어 귀국 장소를 변경해야 하는 경우 앱에서 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경된 Tcab 반납 지점 요금 또는 편도 요금을 기준으로 추가 요금이 청구됩니다.
준거법, 언어 및 관할권
- 본 약관의 형성, 타당성, 이행 및 해석에 대해서는 일본법이 적용됩니다.
- 본 약관이 일본어 이외의 언어로 번역된 경우에도 일본어 버전이 우선 적용되며, 번역 간에 불일치 또는 불일치가 있는 경우 항상 일본어 버전이 우선합니다.
- 본 약관에 따른 권리와 의무에 관하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우, 합의에 따라 도쿄지방법원을 제1심 전속법원으로 합니다.

전속관할법원(합의에 의함)
본 약관에 따른 권리 및 의무에 관한 분쟁(법원의 조정 절차 포함)이 발생한 경우, 분쟁 금액에 관계없이 합의에 따라 도쿄 지방 법원을 제1심 전속 법원으로 합니다.
